You've probably dined at your fair share of pop-up restaurants this summer, whether you stopped by the best restaurant in the world's temporary Hamptons location or indulged in the sweet experience at the Museum of Ice Cream in L.A.

If you're ready for an elevated food experience with a little bit of mystery, there's a new fine dining pop-up that should be on your radar.

The Secret Garden Supper Club on the French Riviera is just that: a secret. Created by event design studio Native Native, the series of intimate dinners is for adventurous travelers and foodies alike. Held in various undisclosed locations across the beautiful Côte d'Azur, the illusive dinner party pops up where you least expect it. You can, however, expect a culinary experience you'll never forget.

Prepare to embark on a gastronomic journey that is truly special, focusing on the region's unique ingredients like fresh herbs, edible flowers, and fine organic wines. The four-course menu is crafted by chef Kalice Brun, the wild flowers are hand-foraged by Julie Guittard, and the wine pairings are carefully selected by sommelier Romain Forini.

Although the menus and locations are generally pretty top-secret, we did find out that the second Supper Club event in July treated guests to an apterfit of vin d'orange (AKA orange wine) and each dish was infused with local ingredients including genepi, jasmine, lavendar olive oil, saffron, and more. But every meal is a one-of-a-kind experience, so you never know what to expect.

How exactly does a magical dinner series like this come about?

“When creating this fine dining experience, I wanted to showcase the incredible produce, terroir and stories of the French Riviera that have long been forgotten over time," said founder Imogen Bailey, after relocating from Paris. "Secret Garden Supper Club redefines people’s experience of luxury, through a different take on the decadence and exoticism that have long been synonymous with the French Riviera. This special event revives the traditional way of dining but in an inventive way by bringing to light some of the secrets of this beautiful place.”

Every moment is beautifully curated, from the small gathering of people to the handmade party favors to the handcrafted menus by calligraphy artist Nice Plume. If you're lucky enough to snag an invite, this is the kind of pop-up that is more than Instagram-worthy. It's a fab experience that will last a lifetime.
