Update 10/18/17: “Real Housewives of Orange County” fans will have to say goodbye to a cast member — Kelly Dodd’s mansion.
The reality star put her Newport Beach, California home on the market a year ago, and after a price drop it finally sold for $5 million, according to PopSugar.
The sale was basically a Bravo reality star collab, as the listing agent was Leo Goldschwartz of the McMonigle Team from the network's new show Real Estate Wars.
With Dodd's impending divorce, we hope her next purchase is a swanky bachelorette pad.
Originally 07/18/17: Kelly Dodd, one of the stars of the "Real Housewives of Orange County," just lowered the price of her Corona del Mar abode, which means you can officially own part of a reality TV set. And you can do so for cheaper than ever.
According to Trulia, The Real Housewife originally bought the home for $3.75 million back in 2014 and spent around $1 million renovating the estate to pristine condition. Dodd recently reduced the price of the home from $6 million to $5.7 million, Trulia notes.
