First Look: Inside 20 Broad, FiDi's New Luxury Rental Building
Exclusive photos from inside a residential tower that was once a part of the New York Stock Exchange.
Once a part of the New York Stock Exchange, 20 Broad, in New York City’s Financial District, has been reimagined by architecture firm Cetra Ruddy into luxury residences. The design of the 533-unit, 29-story building gives nods to the midcentury modern style popular at the time it was built in 1956 and features desirable amenities from a yoga studio to an outdoor movie theater on a grand terrace. To showcase the interiors, the rental building’s developer Metro Loft tapped ASH NYC to design an array of model homes of varying aesthetics, playing off the apartments’ high-ceilings and oversize windows, which help create bright, open spaces brimming with natural light. ELLE Decor takes you inside 20 Broad below for an exclusive first look.
