There's a new most expensive home in America – and, in a word, it's palatial.

The 16-acre Manalapan, Florida estate is called "Gemini," because of its two wings on the Intracoastal and ocean sides of the property. As if its 33 bedrooms and 47 bathrooms weren't impressive enough, there's also a bird sanctuary, a botanical garden, and a butterfly garden, according to the listing. If it sounds like a nature lover's dream, that's because it is.

But there's something for everyone at the manse: Athletes will flip for the two golf courses, regulation tennis court, and half basketball court. As Business Insider points out, there's a private beach and a pier, too. Heck, it sounds like an entrepreneurial person could convert this place into a resort!

The price tag on living in paradise? $195 million. The next-most expensive home in the country costs just $150 million, according to The Real Deal.

The manse is spread out into several residences: There's a 12-bedroom main house, as well as the Mango House, the seven bedroom, seven-and-a-half bath guest house. (You read that correctly. The guest house is probably bigger than your house.) On top of that, there are two four-bedroom cottages, four separate living quarters, and a Manager's Office with work spaces and garages. Yup, there's room for the whole family here.

According to Curbed, the home is owned by the Ziff family, the tech publishing scions who previously owned titles like Car & Driver and PC Magazine. Prior to that, the home was owned by socialite Gloria Guinness – a fixture on the International Best Dressed List in the '60s and one of Truman Capote's 'Swans.'

Interestingly enough, this isn't the only Manalapan home getting some press at the moment. Billy Joel put his pad there on the market for $27 million in June, The Daily Mail reports.
