“Friends” star Matthew Perry, best known for playing Chandler Bing (everyone’s favorite friend) on the famed sitcom, has just listed his Los Angeles home for $13.5 million.

Originally built in 1962, the 3,821-square-foot spread comes with three bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms. Plus there’s an open-plan living and dining space, hardwood floors, built-in bookshelves, and colorful kitchen and walls of floor-to-ceiling glass sliders. Oh and there’s a subterranean screening room which offers views into the infinity edge swimming pool.

If it sells for its ask, Perry will be in for a payday, he paid $8.5 million for the place in August 2011, reports Variety.

Perry has been spending some time in NYC recently with his play “The End of Longing,” his stage-acting and playwriting debut in New York, which was running at the MCC Theater on 29th Street until June 24.

Little birdies told LLNYC that the TV star is residing at Larry Silverstein’s 30 Park Place, aka the Four Seasons Private Residences in Tribeca. And while we couldn’t confirm whether he bought or is renting, we do know that prices in the building range from $3.5 million to $32 million for sales, and $8,500-a-month to $35,000-a-month for rentals.
